Reapply every 2 hours or more frequently after swimming, sweating, towelling.
How much
A teaspoon for each limb. A shot glass for the whole body. More than you think.
Step 1
Apply liberally and generously to the skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use me as a top-up to your daily SPF50+ Hydrating Body Sunscreen.
Step 2
Then reapply frequently; after swimming, sweating or towelling. Don’t be shy. Rub in at least a teaspoon for each limb, and for the front and back of your body.
Step 3
Go for a float on your new pool ring.
External use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Always wear a hat, protective clothing, and eyewear when exposed to the sun.
